Disability Services Evidence Checker

We have created this evidence checker to help you understand whether the evidence you have is sufficient to access exam arrangements, University reasonable adjustments, or disability-specific funding.  The Evidence Checker will also tell you what types of adjustment and support you may be able to access with the evidence you have.  

If you have multiple forms of evidence, you will need to use this Checker more than once in order to check each piece of evidence you have.  You can do this by using the 'previous' buttons within the Checker to navigate back to the first page, or by clicking on the survey link again.
