Disability Services Supporting Information Checker

We have created this Checker to help you understand whether the supporting information you have is sufficient to access exam arrangements, University reasonable adjustments, or disability-specific funding.  The Checker will also tell you what types of adjustment and support you may be able to access with the supporting information you currently have.  

If you have multiple forms of supporting information, you will need to use this Checker more than once in order to check each piece of information.  You can do this by using the 'previous' buttons within the Checker to navigate back to the first page, or by clicking on the survey link again.
