Research Project Title:

A small case study exploring the role of Refugee Third Sector Organisations (RTSOs) that support asylum seekers and refugees in Leeds.

The purpose of this research project is to complement existing research by considering the role of RTSOs as a “gap filler” to the Governments failings to meet the needs of asylum seekers and refugees in Leeds.

This is a research project being conducted by Elpida Stefanoglou at the University of Leeds. You are invited to participate in this research project because you are supporting asylum seekers and refugees through refugee organisations and can provide valuable information to this project.

Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw at any time, during the completion of the survey.

The procedure involves filling an online survey that will take approximately 10 minutes. Your responses will be confidential and I will not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. The survey questions will be based on your own experience within the sector, the type clients you support and how and their integration into the local community.

Your information will be kept confidential. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you. The results of this study will be used for scholarly purposes only and I will post a briefing of the main findings on this website.

Please note that by completing and submitting the survey you are giving your consent to participate.
